Senior Manager Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, you will oversee daily operations of our finance & accounting department, including cash management, revenue recognition, general ledger maintenance, payroll administration, expense planning, budget preparation, assets reconciliation, and treasury management.

You will also establish and enforce proper expense policies, coordinate annual audits, maintain fiscal records, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance & accounting team in achieving operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including bankers and auditors.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience as an accounting manager, supervisor, controller, or treasury manager.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment operations and digital payment processing.
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance.
  • Ability to manage relationships internally and externally.
