Job Description: As a Strategic Consulting Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for representing and promoting Operations with key customers by providing focus and analytical rigor to support key customer relationships.

This role requires strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with Operational Resources, Data Reporting Teams, and Internal Process Owners/Experts to refine processes for key internal customers and improve key performance metrics.

You will utilize established and develop new methodologies and tools in customer-facing projects. Your expertise includes leveraging data reporting tools such as Power BI to develop reporting capabilities, generating new ideas for insightful reporting, and communicating operational metrics to both technical and non-technical customer audiences.

  • Direct customer engagement experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience
