We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills and the ability to create visually engaging assets for promotional campaigns. The role will focus on designing creative materials that enhance our revenue streams, drive brand engagement, and amplify the guest experience across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design eye-catching graphics for promotions, retail offers, partnership campaigns, and revenue-driven initiatives across digital and print media.
  • Develop designs for menu boards, in-park promotional signage, packaging, kiosks, and point-of-sale materials to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.
  • Create digital assets for website banners, social media, email campaigns, and other promotions related to revenue-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to suit marketing needs and seasonal promotions.

Content Creation & Ideation:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop promotional concepts and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist in creating campaign branding for partner tie-ups, sponsored events, and corporate partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm merchandise designs, product packaging, and retail branding for our stores.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure all visuals align with business objectives.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to understand marketing goals and contribute innovative design solutions.
  • Work closely with vendors and production teams for printing, signage development, and packaging execution.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing F&B, retail, and promotional design work.
  • An understanding of packaging design, menu layouts, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • The ability to adapt designs for both digital and print formats.
  • Experience working on point-of-sale materials, promotional signage, and event branding is a plus.
