Valve Management Specialist

This role involves overseeing the assembly, inspection, and testing of fabricated valves at our manufacturing facility.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Supervise the assembly process to ensure valve quality and performance.
  • - Collaborate with design and quality control teams to optimize production parameters.
  • - Verify test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tightness for each valve.
  • - Track productivity metrics, defect rates, and final product clearance.
  • - Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • - In-depth knowledge of valve assemblies, torque specifications, and sealing principles.
  • - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Graduate in Mechanical or Production Engineering
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar industry, with overall industry experience of at least 10 years.
