Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team.

A leading global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore is looking for an individual with expertise in Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 to implement enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, business process automation and managed services.

  • 8+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Strong experience with Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding 2.0 (hands-on configuration a must)
  • Good knowledge of Employee Central and Recruiting Management (integration touchpoints)
  • Prior experience in upgrade/migration projects (1.0 → 2.0) highly preferred.
  • Ability to run workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and client presentations
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0
