Role Title

Location

  • Pune preferred and Bengaluru

Role Purpose

  • Experienced and certified SAP techno-functional consultant with 10+ years of consulting expertise across Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, and Logistics
  • Strong ownership of end-to-end business processes with proven track record in S/4HANA implementations, BTP/CPI integrations, and AMS projects
  • Drive cross-functional SAP implementations and deliver robust, integrated solutions aligned with business needs

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end process design, solutioning, and implementation in OtC, PtP, Retail Pricing, POS Integration, CAR, and Condition Contract Management
  • Provide solution architecture leadership for S/4HANA 2023 bluefield implementations across Retail, SD, IM, LE TRA, TM, and EWM
  • Manage and own functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions
  • Drive BTP or CPI integration projects and enable seamless third-party connectivity
  • Support data migration from ECC to S/4HANA ensuring business continuity
  • Collaborate on RFPs, S/4HANA roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Provide SAP process testing automation expertise and design Fiori/UI5 and handheld UI solutions
  • Act as a mentor and subject matter expert across modules
  • Support continuous improvement with emerging SAP technologies and architectural compliance

Core Competencies and Experience

  • 18+ years of SAP consulting across IS Retail, SD, MM, LE TRA, TM, IM, EWM, and Manufacturing
  • Strong IS Retail exposure in Merchandising, Assortment, Listing, Pricing, and POS/CAR integration
  • Proven Greenfield, Bluefield, and ECC to S/4HANA project experience
  • Hands-on expertise in BTP/CPI integrations and system decommissioning strategies
  • Led global AMS and implementation projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Skilled in SAP process testing automation and Fiori/Handheld UI design

Qualifications and Skills

  • SAP multi-module certified consultant
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or APICS certification is an added advantage
  • Ability to grow into an Enterprise Business Architect role
