Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance.

About the Role:

  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and timely outcomes.
  • Manage scope, timeline, and resources for assigned projects.
  • Develop proposals, review estimations, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
  • Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  • Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
  • Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to enhance project delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-18 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
  • Strong scope and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS (desired).
  • Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in business development and account mining.

Nice to Have:

  • PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.

This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a strong understanding of project management principles.
