Product Development Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Product Development Manager to lead our product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

This individual will drive innovation and shape the future of our products through effective product strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics, user behavior analysis, and other relevant metrics to make informed product decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone who has owned an important head metric for a product successfully
  • B2B/B2C product management experience
  • Entrepreneurial experience would be huge plus
  • Product Launch/ Go-to-market experience will be a huge plus
  • 1+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
