Product Development Associate

As a Product Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within our organization. This exciting opportunity enables you to unlock your expertise in product development and optimization, leveraging user research, metrics analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This Senior Product Development position is part of the Employee Experience Channels team, where you will contribute to shaping the future of our products by applying your skills in product development and optimization. You will be supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continually improve existing offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that align with customer needs and market trends through user research and discovery
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights on potential product features
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development life cycle
  • Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
