As a seasoned SAP Test Manager, you will spearhead testing efforts across our entire SAP landscape.

This includes S/4HANA and integrated systems.

Strategic thinkers with excellent test management experience, strong leadership qualities, and expertise in automation, performance, and UAT testing are highly sought after.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the SAP test strategy for multiple phases (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance).
  • Develop comprehensive test plans including resource planning, tools, and risk mitigation.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of test leads, SDETs, and QA analysts (onsite/offshore).

  • Coordinate testing efforts across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and non-SAP systems.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and quality ownership.
Automation & Performance Testing
  • Oversee implementation of test automation frameworks (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Selenium).
  • Ensure automation integration with CI/CD pipelines (SAP BTP, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end performance testing initiatives using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and coordinate UAT cycles.
  • Provide UAT support, environment readiness, test data provisioning, and defect triaging.
Defect Management & QA Governance
  • Manage defect lifecycle and drive triage meetings using qTest, JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure timely resolution, root cause analysis, and validation of fixes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of QA/testing experience with at least 5 years managing SAP testing.
  • Proven experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA testing (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
  • Hands-on knowledge of test automation and performance testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes and integrations.
  • Experience with offshore/onsite testing delivery models.
