MEP Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and planning mechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within buildings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Planning: Create efficient and effective designs for mechanical systems that meet the needs of various building types
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing designs and propose improvements to enhance energy efficiency and overall system performance
  • Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate MEP systems into building designs, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project delivery
  • Equipment Selection and Specification: Select and specify equipment required for projects, considering factors such as cost, functionality, and sustainability
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and client expectations
  • Construction Monitoring: Oversee the installation and construction of MEP systems, ensuring they are installed correctly and meet relevant standards and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and industry standards
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Design Evaluation and Improvement: Have the ability to evaluate existing designs and propose improvements to enhance energy efficiency and overall system performance
