Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Analog Design Senior Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop high-performance analog circuits for transmission and reception of data signals
  • Implement circuit designs using FinFET CMOS technology, minimizing parasitic resistance and capacitance effects
  • Develop and optimize SerDes sub-circuits, including receive equalizers, data samplers, and voltage-controlled oscillators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog design into larger system architectures
  • Conduct thorough analysis and verification of circuit performance using EDA tools and spice simulators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in transistor-level circuit design and silicon-proven implementation
  • Expertise in CMOS design fundamentals, FinFET layout optimization, and analog behavioral modeling
  • Proficiency in EDA tools, such as HSPICE, Finesim, and XA, and Verilog-A/System-Verilog programming languages
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Plus Qualifications:

  • Experience with STA and cell characterization, STAR extractor, and automation scripting (e.g., Python, Perl, TCL)
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with software development methodologies
  • Ability to provide rapid design solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
