Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in our IT risk management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee IT audits, including regulatory ones like RBI, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and architectural documentation to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  3. Monitor and report on compliance with regulations, manage exceptions, and oversee control implementations to minimize risks.
  4. Collaborate with auditors and internal stakeholders to close audit findings and ensure timely renewals of critical systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP), phishing, and information security drills to safeguard the organization's assets.
  • Review vendor and merchant contracts for security and regulatory clauses to mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide expert guidance to business units on IT compliance and regulatory expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory requirements and ensure timely updates to management.
