We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Risk Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Security and Compliance Review: Conduct thorough reviews of PhonePe products, processes, and environments to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Tech Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on new and existing technology implementations to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Compliance Support: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulators (RBI, NPCI, SEBI, IRDAI, UIDAI) and security standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop control frameworks, conduct gap assessments, and work with teams to mitigate risks early in product development.
- Audit Management: Manage audits and implement cybersecurity controls such as NIST, PCI DSS, and ISMS.
- Compliance Risk Assessments: Lead risk assessments and monitor adherence to regulatory standards.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and manage people within the Technology Risk Compliance team.
- Project Execution: Plan and execute projects independently with high ethical standards and analytical rigor.
