About the Role

This role involves managing key accounts, demonstrating high-end surgical premium Phakic IOLs, and developing new business opportunities in the assigned market.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product positioning, customer engagement, and practice development efforts.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies and ensure effective market penetration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, hospital administrators, and decision-makers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed sales targets for Phakic IOLs by implementing effective sales strategies and territory management.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, hospital administrators, and decision-makers to drive sales growth.
  3. Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies and ensure effective market penetration.
  4. Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including National Sales Managers, Zonal Sales Managers, and Cluster Managers, to align strategies and maximize sales potential.
