About Our Team

We are a diverse team of Data Science Professionals at LTI Mindtree, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex language model applications using LangChain's advanced features.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop optimized prompts for specific tasks using prompt engineering techniques.
  2. Collaborate with vector databases and embedding techniques to enhance model performance.
  3. Develop and deploy complex language model applications using LangChain's/llamaindex advanced features.
  4. Implement Agentic Workflow Frameworks for efficient task automation.
  5. Evaluate quantitative metrics of models, including context window and pricing.
  6. Select the most suitable model for a given GenAI problem statement.
  7. Analyze and utilize Knowledge Graphs for informed decision-making.
  8. Apply RAG contextualization for improved use case effectiveness.
  9. Fine-tune RAG metrics for optimal performance.
  10. Compare vector DBs and determine the best fit for the project.
  11. Compare LLM Models and select the most suitable option.
  12. Demonstrate basic understanding of GenAI ethics, including bias and misinformation.
  13. Mitigate bias in GenAI models through awareness and implementation of best practices.
  14. Understand and adhere to responsible data usage and privacy guidelines.
  15. Index code from other repositories within the Pair Programming Tool.
  16. Customize code output according to specific coding conventions and best practices.
  17. Add extensions to the Pair Programming tool, such as the Github Copilot Extension.
  18. Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in GenAI.
