Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of a Staff Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining specifications and requirements for product hardware.

  1. Product Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define detailed product requirements, including hardware and firmware specifications.
  2. Design Review: Conduct in-depth reviews of hardware design and firmware control to ensure high-level system integration and compliance with established technical standards.
  3. Mentorship: Share your expertise and mentor junior engineers on design principles and best practices.
  4. Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in power electronics and guide future product innovation.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Power Electronics or related field.
  • Strong understanding of closed-loop control for power converters and compensator design.
  • Experience with high-speed or high-power semiconductor devices and power converter designs over 100kVA.
  • Solid technical knowledge and system-level design experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an agile product development model.
