Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team.
About the Role:- This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced SDET to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute automated testing frameworks using various tools such as Selenium and Postman.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, ensuring comprehensive coverage of product features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and easily maintainable.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements, working closely with developers and QA engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and testing.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software development.
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Expertise in unit testing, API integration testing, synthetic user testing, and test tools and frameworks such as Selenium and Postman.
- Ability to create API automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- General awareness of modern process best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
