Key Responsibilities

The primary goal of this role is to provide maintenance support across various utilities, HVAC, and water systems. This involves a range of tasks from preventive maintenance to troubleshooting.

  • Maintenance personnel will be responsible for adhering to strict quality control measures as outlined in cGMP, QMS, and safety regulations.
  • Accurate documentation of maintenance records, calibration, and logbooks is essential in this position. The individual will need to follow ALCOA+ principles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • The upkeep of equipment qualification, validation, and calibration schedules is crucial. Maintenance staff must also ensure that all safety protocols are followed properly, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and participation in EHS programs.
  • Monitoring service floor activities and utilities is vital to ensure uninterrupted services. Any repeated breakdowns, deviations, or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately to supervisors.
  • Additionally, the role involves assisting in energy conservation projects, taking proactive actions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. It is also necessary to raise purchase requisitions for spares/materials and coordinate inventory management.
  • Maintenance personnel must comply with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and statutory/legal regulations. They must contribute to maintaining good documentation practices, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
