Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Implement effective preventive maintenance strategies for equipment to ensure compliance with defined checklists and procedures.">
  • Collaborate with production personnel to coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring seamless operations.">
  • Maintain accurate spares inventory, replacing consumables as needed and conducting regular inspections of machinery for faults or repairs.">
  • Evaluate the cost of repair for equipment after thorough analysis of status and faults, ensuring 100% calibration of equipment and documentation of the same.">
  • Perform breakdown maintenance of plant equipment and processes, inspecting machinery regularly for faults or repairs and planning corrective action.">
  • Document daily logs of equipment breakdowns and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or major downtimes exceeding two hours.">
  • Conduct daily activities related to engineering functions in line with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems and their requirements.">
  • Report major equipment faults or breakdowns to management and undertake corrective action as directed.">
  • Execute various engineering or projects at the Plant, following the directions of the Manager – Engineering & Projects (E&P).">
  • Ensure regular cleaning and housekeeping of machinery and maintenance rooms according to agreed checklists.">
  • Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Manager – E&P and update data in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).">
  • Plan resources and materials for closure of identified audit action points within target dates.">

  • Up to three years of work experience in the petrochemical, process, or packaging industry.">
  • Basic operational knowledge with hands-on approach to maintenance activities.">
