About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist who takes complete ownership of clients, is passionate about scaling brands across platforms, and drives campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering return on ad spend (ROAS) and scaling campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels to drive client growth and retention.
  • Own client relationships, providing strategic guidance, timely reports, and insights to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to align campaigns with client goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns, with expertise in Meta and Google.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex data and strategy.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset, with a focus on results-driven work ethic.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
