Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Internal Auditor with 5-10 years of experience in internal audit for manufacturing industries.

About the Role:
  • Develop audit plans aligned with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and enhance SOPs, processes, and audit procedures to ensure compliance with prevailing standards.
  • Conduct special, spot, and individual audits as per SOPs and international audit standards.
  • Design and execute monthly stock management plans in line with SOPs.
  • Verify company assets, stock, and provide recommendations on safeguarding and protection.
  • Review and report transactions and costing studies as directed by the Lead - Internal Auditor.
  • Perform scheduled and special audits and suggest improvements.
  • Update audit risk plans in relation to audit plans.
  • Discuss and disseminate audit findings and recommendations with the Lead - Internal Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Internal Auditing. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, they should have expertise in Africa and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
