Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements effectively.
  • Develop clear and concise functional and technical specifications based on business needs.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Assist in creating business cases, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but beneficial).
