  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mechanical principles.
  • Eagerness to engage in hands-on tasks—fabrication, assembly, and testing, showcasing adaptability and enthusiasm.
  • Understanding of mechanical components and how things fit together, applying theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
  • Ability to follow instructions and stay detail-oriented during builds, maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills, especially when coordinating with vendors and team members, ensuring effective collaboration.
