Job Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components, including 2D drawings and 3D modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative mechanical components that meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Prepare accurate bills of material (BOMs) and maintain ISO documents as per ISO 9004:2015 guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modify existing designs based on their requirements.
  • Conduct thorough cost comparisons of products with other brands and analyze material composition (MOC).
  • Implement design standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex ideas.
  • Manage and work on all ISO 9001:2015 related design documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Train production, assembly, and quality assurance personnel on approved manufacturing, test, and inspection procedures.
  • Resolve process and product-related issues to support the manufacturing and sourcing team in completing dispatch orders.
  • Action on customer complaints to resolve within a specified timeframe.
  • Prepare internal and external written correspondence, maintaining clear and concise communication.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Siemens NX, and MS Office.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma or BE Mechanical Engineering from CIPET or a recognized institution.
