Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and orchestrate resources for strategic customer accounts, drive satisfaction and retention, and identify opportunities to maximize value from SAP solutions.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies, outcome success plans, and adoption plans that align with customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive upsells and ensure overall customer health.
  • Analyze customer requirements, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to maximize value from SAP solutions.
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for customers, leveraging resources across SAP functions to maintain overall customer satisfaction.
Tech Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, or Solution Product Management, with a focus on customer relationship management and sales expertise.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including Planning, Execution, Logistics, Assets, or Manufacturing, with project management experience.
  • Customer relationship management, sales, and sales team expertise in license or services domain, with business process transformation and re-engineering skills.
