Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

The company is seeking a talented individual to drive growth and excellence across various functions. As a critical business partner, this role will envision, strategize, and execute operational priorities, driving key projects and delivering on 3-year plans through data-driven approaches.

This position will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement operational governance frameworks, identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, and drive the adoption and execution of project management methodologies tailored to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain logical dashboards tracking performance metrics.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify potential risks, and present insights to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant functional background.
  • Previous work experience of 3-5 years in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
