The Role

You will lead the delivery effort on our projects, playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation. This includes assisting with sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with client stakeholders to manage and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct interviews to develop current state assessments, evaluate against industry standards and suggest operational improvements.
  • Analyze spend data, create project deliverables and conduct research into markets and industries.
  • Develop process maps, identify gaps and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate on RFPs with client stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders during bid evaluation and supplier selection.
  • Develop financial models (TCO) and present them to key decision makers.
  • Evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals, identify cost reduction levers and draft negotiation strategies.

This position requires 1-4 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry. Prior experience in operations, supply-chain and/or procurement is essential.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and have an ownership-driven mindset.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work autonomously and effectively utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily.
