This role presents an opportunity to assume a leadership position in project management. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Establish connections with business stakeholders as needed, effectively communicate project requirements, and highlight digital offerings.
  • Project Governance: Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution, define solution scope, develop project plans, and monitor progress.
  • Solution Validation: Ensure solutions meet expectations through testing, educate clients on end-to-end solutions, and identify industry best practices.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and identify key requirements.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience as a project manager in IT, Pharma, or Healthcare with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Communication Competency: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, strong written and verbal communication.
  • Organizational Ability: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, project management tools, knowledge of dashboard creation, Power BI, and excel macros preferred.
