**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned network security professional to lead our global network security operations. This is a key role in maintaining the integrity and availability of our networks.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Palo Alto Firewall, Zscaler, Netskope, DNS, DHCP, and proxy technologies. Experience with IT infrastructure support and strong understanding of internet infrastructures are also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage global network security operations, including incidents and requests on Palo Alto Firewall, DNS, DHCP, and Proxy (Zscaler and Netskope).
  • Implement firewalls, resolve Palo Alto Firewall, DNS, DHCP, and Proxy (Zscaler and Netskope) incidents and requests to maintain high network availability for end-users and businesses.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

**Education:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication.

**Functional Skills/Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • End-user service oriented.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Rigorous and synthesizing thinker.
  • Advanced level of troubleshooting skills.

**Behavioral Skills/Competencies:

  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Adhere to defined processes and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of internet infrastructures.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure support.

**Technical Requirements:

  • Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall, Zscaler, Netskope, DNS, DHCP, and proxy technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure network architecture.
  • Continuously monitor and improve network security posture to prevent cyber threats.
