Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a PA - Invoice to Cash. As a key member of our accounting operations team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your primary focus will be on solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Making collection calls to customers
  • Emailing, faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests
  • Identifying and resolving unidentified cash and managing the end-to-end process of Cash applications
  • Processing cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner
  • Following up on customer internal disputes, customer questions, and working between departments to get a resolution
  • Reconciling orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customers for collection or refund

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Graduate degree in Commerce (B Com) and proficiency in English language skills, verbal and written. Freshers are eligible. Preferred qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, clear verbal and written communication, problem-solving, etc.
