Job Opportunity
The role of an Analyst is pivotal in processing transactions, events, and data within a functional team. This involves timely, complex, or regulated tasks requiring interaction with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the timely, complete, and accurate processing of transactions, including relevant controls, within own area of responsibility.
  • Adhere to all internal and external policies, guidelines, and requirements of regulators and agreed SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs, as well as quality measures.
  • Maintain relationships with front office clients to provide a point of contact for time-critical, complex, or regulated tasks.
  • Contribute input to product/function development to ensure a superior offering in the face of changing client needs and market trends.
  • Escalate operational, regulatory, and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriate; contribute to mitigation or control solutions.
  • Work effectively within the team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in one or more technical areas, with reconciliations experience being an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with product and system knowledge in the product line.
  • Basic analytical skills and flexibility in production problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and local language (written/verbal).
  • Able to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations.
  • Open-mindedness, sharing information, transferring knowledge, and expertise to team members.
