This is a high-impact position for an experienced marketing professional to own and scale lead generation & e-commerce campaigns across industries.
- Owning and scaling lead generation & e-commerce campaigns will be key responsibilities of this role.
- Working closely with leadership and senior marketers to drive business growth will also be a priority.
- A strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards will be essential in this position.
- The right candidate should have hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
This Performance Marketing Specialist role requires a smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively. With 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads, the ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ROI-focused campaign management.
The role involves managing performance campaigns across various industries including E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more. Key responsibilities include tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily.
An analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets is crucial in this position. Additionally, being comfortable with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance will be beneficial.
Fresh graduates and interns are not eligible for this role.
