  • Lead a team of inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing guidance and feedback for improved performance.
  • Oversee product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
  • Inspect final output and verify properties against requirements.
  • Approve or reject products based on quality metrics.
  • Manage documentation and perform data analysis.
  • Gather customer feedback to assess requirement satisfaction.
  • Submit comprehensive reports to senior executives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop new efficient processes.
