Lead Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative visual communication strategies across various channels.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client goals and objectives, enabling them to drive project strategy from start to finish. With knowledge of emerging technologies in the field, this individual will be able to create cohesive cross-channel deliverables that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present creative projects that align with agreed-upon goals and strategy, showcasing innovative solutions that drive results.
  • Create comprehensive cross-channel visual communication strategies, encompassing digital, print, and motion elements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the field.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles.
  • 1-2 years' experience in digital and print design or advertising, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of social platforms, allowing for effective campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated breadth of style and design capability, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
