Key Video Production Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of creative and technical professionals in the production of high-impact video advertisements and performance-driven video content across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production, from concept development and project planning to crew management and post-production. They will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide guidance on video strategy and execution.

  • Project Planning: Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Create project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Production Management: Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement. Ensure all necessary permits and releases are obtained.
  • Crew Management: Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals. Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to team members.
  • Shooting and Directing: Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively. Direct talent, capture high-quality footage, and manage on-set logistics.
  • Post-Production: Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects. Ensure the final product aligns with the project's goals and vision.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary. Ensure that videos meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Skillset: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in video production, with experience in managing teams, projects, and budgets. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
