This role is ideal for a proven creative leader who can balance artistry with operational efficiency, delivering consistent output across multiple units. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the visual identity, style, and tone of the project
  • Overseeing daily creative output across studios, ensuring quality and brand alignment
  • Crafting playbooks, guidelines, and workflows for scalable video production
  • Collaborating with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring concepts to life
  • Leading and mentoring large design/production teams to ensure creative excellence
  • Balancing artistic direction with timelines, budgets, and high-volume execution

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in art direction for film, ads, or large video productions
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branded content and e-commerce video work
  • Proven ability to manage multi-studio/multi-location operations
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills
  • Expertise in balancing creative ambition with operational efficiency
