Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional, specifically Absence and OTL modules, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Proficient in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product.
  • Identify gaps and propose potential workarounds to clients.
  • Estimate work for vanilla implementation, personalizations/work-arounds, reports/integrations/enhancements.
  • Client presentations and demos for some modules.
  • Understand client's support needs and delivery models.
  • Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution.

Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
  • Good command over spoken & written English.
  • Effectively manage scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
