Cybersecurity Strategist Role

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to design, implement and operate a Global Security Operations Center (SOC). This strategic leadership position will play a key part in strengthening our global cybersecurity posture.

The ideal candidate will have 12–16 years of experience in designing scalable, resilient security frameworks. They will lead architecture, vendor selection and integration of SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence and EDR tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and establish a Global SOC framework
  • Lead architecture, vendor selection and integration of SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence and EDR tools
  • Manage 24/7 SOC operations including incident detection, response & recovery
  • Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability assessments and forensic investigations
  • Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison for clients
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other global standards

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in SIEM (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Google SecOps)
  • Hands-on knowledge of SOAR platforms
  • Experience in Threat Hunting and Threat Intelligence
  • Proficiency with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, Trellix, Trend Micro)
  • Solid knowledge of Network Security (NGFW, Zero Trust)
  • Proven track record in SOC leadership
