About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to strengthen our security posture across cloud, applications, and enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy, cloud security, DevSecOps automation, risk governance, and incident response, with a proven record of leading security transformations in large-scale organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Leadership
    • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide security architecture and frameworks across multi-cloud environments.
    • Lead secure software development lifecycle adoption, threat modeling, application security reviews, and WAF implementation.
    • Drive DevSecOps practices, including automation of compliance checks, vulnerability management, and secure infrastructure provisioning.
  • Cybersecurity Team Management
    • Establish and grow the Cybersecurity team from the ground up, setting up processes, frameworks, and best practices.
    • Act as the head of the Cybersecurity vertical, accountable for strategy, execution, and reporting to leadership.
    • Build a strong pipeline of security talent and mentor engineers to achieve maturity in security operations.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Partner with leadership to balance business needs with security risk tolerance, translating technical risk into actionable business decisions.
    • Continuously improve security policies, procedures, and audit readiness.
  • Cybersecurity Operations & Incident Response
    • Work with Security Operations Center and Incident Response teams to detect, investigate, and remediate security threats and incidents.
    • Develop and optimize incident response playbooks to improve containment, recovery, and resilience.
    • Implement proactive monitoring and security automation to reduce exposure to malicious events.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices across development and infrastructure teams.
    • Provide strategic mentorship to engineers and stakeholders on threat trends, secure coding, and compliance.
    • Lead documentation, training, and awareness programs to promote a strong security culture.
