This is a key leadership role within our IT organization. The ServiceNow Lead will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and drives process improvements.

  • This role requires a strong technical background in ServiceNow, with experience in designing and implementing complex workflows, scripts, and business rules.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate technical expertise in areas such as Flow Designer, ACLs, and integrations with third-party systems.

This role also requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Facilities.

In this role, you will be expected to lead upgrades, patch management, and clone processes, while ensuring compliance and governance best practices are followed.
