Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the deployment of Oracle PPM and OTL solutions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to configure and implement end-to-end project and finance management processes, as well as enable efficient and accurate time tracking for employees and contractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement functional requirements for ERP projects, including Projects Suite - Project Execution Management, Project Finance Management/PPM (Billing & Contracts), and OTL.
  • Configure Cloud PPM Application based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and configure Oracle PPM Cloud modules, ensuring integration with other ERP cloud modules.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud and OTL as the enterprise solution for project and finance processes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in Oracle ERP Projects and meet the following requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Oracle ERP Projects, with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
  • Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle PPM Cloud: Oracle Projects, Oracle Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Execution Management, and Project Costing.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting, capital project management, budgeting, forecasting, project costing, asset capitalization, and integration with financial modules (GL, AP, FA, etc.) and time and labor processes.
Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will also possess good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM or OTL.
