Project Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination for various web and software projects. You will facilitate communication between clients and internal teams including developers, designers, and business analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination for various web and software projects.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure project milestones are met on time and according to quality standards.
  • Prepare user-friendly documentation and guides for clients.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients when the Project Manager is unavailable.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are carried out effectively and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience in a digital agency or web-related environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and professional written English.
  • Ability to prepare user-friendly documentation and guides for clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
