We are seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology proposition and will be responsible for technical seniority, supporting technology consulting projects, identifying and advising on appropriate solutions for clients.

  • Design and develop clean, reusable code following best practices while contributing to coding standards and team conventions.
  • Promote developer experience and continually improve it through innovation and experimentation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Lead and influence the technical design, architecture, and development of digital projects.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, and Product Managers to understand problems and define technical scope for global sports properties.
  • Establish software development frameworks for release management, automation, code quality, and source control.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in sports technology.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in software engineering.
  • A high level of proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js with experience in Node.js desirable.
  • Experience in a CI/CD environment where you have utilised tools such as Circle CI, GitHub actions, or Azure DevOps etc.
  • An appreciation of DevOps and platform engineering culture.
  • Experience building services for high-traffic systems is desirable.
