Join our dynamic team as a skilled Full-Stack Developer to take part in medical device software development projects. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing high-quality backend services using Python FastAPI and Java, ensuring secure data handling and storage while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Android-native components using Java/Kotlin, collaborating with the Flutter developer to integrate Android modules into cross-platform builds.
  • Collaborate with the database team to ensure efficient schema design and implement secure data access patterns for relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data flow between devices, apps, and servers, applying Java frameworks such as Spring Boot where applicable.
  • Optimize backend services for high-volume, low-latency medical data processing.
  • Work with cloud deployment experts to deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway etc.), set up CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment, and use Docker for containerization and reproducible environments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in full-stack development with proven backend and Android expertise.
  • Must-have: Proficiency in Java for Android and backend services.
  • Plus: Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Strong in Python (FastAPI).
  • Proficiency in AWS services and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and ISO 13485 guidelines.
  • Hands-on with Git, Docker, CI/CD workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
