Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced corporate secretary to lead our company's secretarial function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stringent compliance with regulatory requirements, including Companies Act and SEBI LODR Regulations.
- Plan, organize, and manage board meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials.
- Draft, review, and maintain statutory records, resolutions, and minutes of all corporate meetings.
- Handle all regulatory filings and ensure strict adherence to insider trading regulations.
- Manage investor relations activities and develop comprehensive corporate governance policies.
- Coordinate effectively with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- A CS qualification is mandatory, and an LLB degree is highly preferred.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, with a significant portion gained within a listed BFSI company.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and BFSI-specific regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and drafting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
