Job Summary:

The Marketing Management Trainee will assist in preparing marketing and branding objectives, analyzing market trends, and creating calendars for all activities. They will also assist the team in making strategic plans, enable the creation of marketing and branding materials, edit and proofread all marketing content, and ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and come up with innovative ideas for marketing and branding campaigns
  • Create schedules for all activities and ensure adherence to the same
  • Assist the team to make financial plans
  • Enable the creation of marketing and branding materials by external agencies
  • Edit and proofread all marketing and branding materials to drive accuracy and effectiveness
  • Ensure excellent, timely, cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives including brochures, sample folders, stalls, and exhibition preparedness etc.
  • Proofreading of blogs, articles, and manage search engine optimization (SEO) activities
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc)
  • Website management with regular checks, updates, and maintenance
  • Management of database marketing - data mining, email, SMS & WhatsApp campaigns including measurement of the same
  • Use of innovative mediums on YouTube, Google Display Network, remarketing, influencer marketing etc to increase brand awareness
  • Coordination with call centers and customer relationship management (CRM) for lead management
  • Prepare weekly reports of all activities, tasks with deadlines, schedules for completion
  • Create purchase orders maintaining quotations
  • Contribute to financial planning and monitor expenses against the same
  • Conduct verification of invoices and assist Brand Manager in preparing payment schedules
