Project Coordinator for Banking Transformation


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale banking transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings;
  • Managing calendars and logistics;
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation;
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs;
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance;
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting;

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment;
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools;
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
