Financial Analyst Lead Position

An experienced Financial Analyst is required to lead our due diligence team in Ahmedabad, India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business and financial analysis.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the target company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Lead the execution of client services as Engagement Manager.
  • Oversee the team during project execution, review reports, and provide valuable inputs.
  • Interpret and analyze information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available data on the target company.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables (Excel and PowerPoint documents) within agreed timelines, briefing senior management accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Review and analyze projections and underlying assumptions.
  • Evaluate operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows.
  • Identify key issues related to the deal, assess their impact on valuation/price consideration, and advise on ways to address them.
  • Create and manage independent relationships with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management procedures and activities.
  • Proactively resolve risk issues in delivering services to clients.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge-sharing culture and continually improve processes.
  • Build and manage an effective team and be a role model, mentor, and coach.
