Conference Producer Job Description

We're seeking a Conference Producer to lead the end-to-end production of high-impact conferences and custom events. Your role will involve developing event concepts, designing marketing strategies, building strong relationships with industry leaders, and collaborating with internal teams.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative ideas for conferences and execute them from start to finish.
  • You will design and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize event reach and impact.
  • As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, speakers, and thought leaders.
  • You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging and commercially successful events.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in conference production, events, or related roles.
  • A proven track record of community outreach and engagement.
